third year! It seems amazing that we're actually doing
another year of these
meditations, but there's just so much to ponder in life. . . . As
before, the entire
goal here is to inspire thought and reflection, not to tell people
what they should
think or how they should act. We want these meditations to
provide food for
thought, not a blueprint for living. Your perspective on
fear may be completely
different from ours, but no matter how different they are, we
still share some
ideas and feelings on the topic, and thinking about them can help
us to come to
grips with things like fear so that they no longer affect us so
much, or to strengthen
our ideas about integrity so that it can grow to be a stronger
part of our lives.
